Location: Arizona 85351
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Floating: Required between Boswell (primary) and Del Webb campuses as needed
Provide direct patient care to critically ill ICU patients
Monitor, assess, and manage complex patient conditions in a high-acuity setting
Administer medications, titrate drips, and implement treatment plans per provider orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Interpret patient data and respond to changes in condition promptly
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ICU protocols and hospital policies
Adapt to floating between campuses as required
Active RN License (Arizona or compact state – Required)
Experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
