Position: Forklift / Reach Truck Operator
LesserEvil is looking for a motivated Forklift / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Loading and unloading trucks and moving materials throughout the warehouse
- Performing daily equipment safety checks and reporting any issues immediately
- Pulling and staging products based on daily orders
- Organizing materials and ensuring proper inventory rotation based on expiration dates
- Assisting with inventory tasks, including counting and organizing materials
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues to management
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Supporting additional warehouse duties as needed
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience, preferred
- Previous certification in forklift operation, preferred
- Comfortable speaking Spanish, preferred
Working Conditions
- Loud, busy fast-paced manufacturing/Warehouse environment
- The job requires you to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
- The environment contains airborne oil and seasoning particles
All candidates must be able to obtain and maintain certification for both sit-down forklifts and high-reach truck lifts. Training and certification will be provided.
