The position is Part-Time for approximately 18 to 25 hrs per week and is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and half a day Thursday. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, assist with clinical procedures, and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage their intake process efficiently, including collecting medical histories and updating patient records.
- Assist chiropractor by performing Softwave therapy and treatment sessions by preparing treatment rooms and handling necessary equipment
- Conduct patient assessments by evaluating movement, and noting relevant observations for the doctor.
- Maintain clear communication with patients regarding procedures, post-treatment care, and answering general questions to foster trust and comfort
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
- Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards at all times
Skills
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, team members, and healthcare providers
- Experience with intake procedures and managing medical records in a clinical setting is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
