Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the use of self-service car wash equipment, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash bays, ensuring all tools and supplies are stocked and in working order
- Perform general custodial duties to keep the facility pristine
- Conduct inspections of equipment for safety and functionality, reporting any repairs or malfunctions promptly
- Support customer service efforts by answering questions about services, pricing, and procedures with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for both customers and staff
- Assist with additional janitorial or custodial tasks around the facility to uphold high standards of cleanliness
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or custodial work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform manual cleaning tasks, and lift light to moderate loads
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety
