The Role
As a Care Pro, you'll spend your days with seniors who need help with daily activities, companionship, and personal care. You'll become a trusted presence in their homes and a genuine part of their lives. We provide all the training you need — no prior experience required.
What You'll Do
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide genuine companionship and meaningful engagement every visit.
- Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transportation.
- Monitor and promptly report changes in client health and well-being.
- Document care notes accurately.
What We're Looking For
- Warm, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping others.
- No prior experience required — we train you completely from day one.
- CNA or HHA certification is a plus but never required.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and comfortable working in a home care setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
