Caroline S. Mark Site, Wausau, WI, 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m MONDAY-FRIDAY
D.C. Everest Middle School, Weston, WI, 2:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m., MONDAY-FRIDAY
The Club at Greenheck Turner Community Center, WI, 2:15 p.m.-7 p.m., MONDAY-FRIDAY
Prairie River Middle School, Merrill, WI, 3 p.m. -6:30p.m., MONDAY-FRIDAY
Schedule
- 20 to 25 hours per week (minimum of 15 hours per week is required).
- Monday – Friday, afternoons and evenings on school days
- Morning and afternoons on non-school days.
- Summer employment optional.
- Additional Hours are available.

Youth Development Specialists are responsible for leading and engaging Club Members in programs, program planning, ensuring the safety of Club members, and maintaining a fun environment.
What Would I Actually Do?
As a Youth Development Specialist, you get to help create the kind of afterschool experience youth and teens want to be a part of. Youth Development Specialists plan and implement programs within these core program areas:
- Academic Success
- STEM
- Healthy Lifestyles
- Good Character and Leadershio
- Workforce Readiness
- The Arts
- Sports, E-Sports, and Recreation
Key Roles:
- Provide a Safe, Inclusive, and Fun Environment for Youth and Teens
- Prepare and Mentor Youth and Teens for Success
- Program Planning, Implementation, and Documentation
- Supervision of Youth and Teens
- Enforce Club Expectations and Policies

Pay: $14.50 per hour
