We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Cashier to join our vibrant food service team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Slice, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Process all transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision and accountability
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when needed, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
