Schedule: Monday - Friday - 10:00am - 7:00pm
Starting Salary - $25.00/hour *gainsharing bonus potential*

Assume the role of loadout operator as required.
-
Fill in for loadout positions when vacancies or relief coverage are needed.
-
Work at the direction of management when not assigned to a specific vacancy.
-
Perform duties in accordance with housekeeping and compliance policies.

Support safe and efficient plant operations.
-
Must be qualified in the position being filled or able to become qualified.

Ability to work with minimal direction.
-
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support others in the plant.

Basic computer skills.
-
Ability to operate machinery such as a skid loader, end loader, and forklift.

Ability to complete required DOT compliance training.
-
Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. and position it safely.

Ability to use lift equipment, stairs, and ladders to access elevated equipment.
-
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 6–12 hours per day.

Ability to work in areas involving heights and confined spaces.
-
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from below 0°F to 130°F.

Ability to utilize a respirator as required.

Attend monthly safety meetings.

Become qualified in all four jobs in the loadout area.

Complete required DOT compliance training.
