Zero Zone is a manufacturer of reach-in and open refrigerated and frozen food display cases as well as the refrigeration systems that work behind the scenes to cool the cases, keeping the food fresh! We also make powerful industrial refrigeration systems for food warehousing, pharmaceuticals, and even ice rinks!
Our company is structured across 2 divisions – the Display Case Division, located in North Prairie, WI, Waukesha, WI, and Mukwonago, WI and the Refrigeration Systems Division, located in Ramsey, MN and Dyersville, IA.

What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Specialist, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing programs, coordinating tradeshows and marketing logistics, managing content distribution, maintaining marketing systems, and assisting with analytics and reporting. This role acts as a bridge between marketing strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns and operational processes run smoothly and effectively.
Essential Responsibilities:
Requirements for Effective Performance:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or Salesforce
- Marketing Cloud Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Strong organizational, prioritization, and coordination skills.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or content coordination (internships accepted).
