This role is intentionally flexible because we know every experienced injector has different goals.
Whether you're looking for a traditional commission-based contractor relationship, an opportunity to build and lead the injectable department, or a more entrepreneurial collaboration, we're open to creating the right opportunity for the right person.

Who You Are
You are someone who:
- Has experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers (lasers & microneedling a plus, but not required)
- Provides exceptional consultations and patient education
- Believes in natural, balanced aesthetic results
- Builds lasting relationships with patients
- Values honesty, integrity, and collaboration
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Enjoys helping grow a business—not just working in one
An existing patient following is a must!
What You'll Help Create
As our Founding Injector, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Build and grow the injectable side of Dewskin
- Create personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with our esthetic team to deliver comprehensive aesthetic care
- Help develop new services, events, and educational opportunities
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Play an important role in shaping the future direction of our practice

Compensation & Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity to start.
Because we recognize that every experienced injector has different goals, we're open to discussing a compensation structure that makes sense for both parties.
Depending on experience, production, and business goals, we're open to exploring different collaborative models-including traditional commission structures, entrepreneurial arrangements, or other creative opportunities that support long-term success for both the injector and the practice.
Our goal isn't simply to hire someone.
