Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Registered Nurse (RN) with clinical experience to join our tight-knit, entrepreneurial team performing outpatient uterine artery embolization (UAE) procedures in collaboration with OB/GYN practices.

Responsibilities
On procedure days, two RNs work in partnership, with cross training for both roles:
· Sedation RN: Provide conscious sedation under physician direction (typically with versed/fentanyl) and monitor patients throughout the procedure.
· Pre-op/Post-op RN: Manage patient preparation and recovery, support post-procedure symptom management, discharge patients with clear recovery instructions, and handle pre/post-op patient calls
Additional responsibilities include:
· Supporting patient safety and comfort across all stages of care
· Maintaining accurate charting, vitals, and documentation
· Assisting with sterile supply handling, workflow, and room coordination
· Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless patient experience and efficient operations
Case Detail
- Outpatient procedures performed in an office setting
- Minimally invasive procedures on sedated patients with fluoro imaging
- Patient flow includes pre-op checks, 1–2-hour procedure, and ~30 minutes in post-op recovery
- Expect 4-6 cases per procedure day
Qualifications
- Licensed RN required
- Experience working in a procedural or outpatient surgical setting
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to provide conscious sedation safely
- Comfort with varied tasks: charting, vitals, patient communication, sterile supply handling, and procedure support
- Adaptable, team oriented, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to continual improvement

Schedule and Work-Life Balance
- Part-Time: 2-6 procedure days per month (typically 1-2 days per week)
- Scheduled work hours: 7:30am-5:30pm
- No Call! No Weekends!
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
