CertaPro Painters of Needham
CertaPro Painters of Needham, MA, is seeking a Residential Sales Associate to help homeowners with their painting projects. This is a consultative sales role where you'll meet with customers in their homes, provide accurate estimates, and guide them through the process from initial consultation through payment.
Most leads will be provided to you.

We generate a strong volume of warm, inbound leads and have an established reputation in the market. Success comes from building trust, listening well, staying organized, and delivering a great customer experience.

Compensation
$80,000–$120,000+ First-Year Earning Potential
- First Year's Base salary $70,000 + uncapped commission.
- Uncapped commission

What you'll do:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss interior and exterior painting projects.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using our estimating software (training provided).
- Use CRM tools to document customer information, project details, and follow-up activity.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and ensure expectations are clearly written down for the painters.
- Follow up consistently on proposals and open opportunities.
- Stay organized and manage your schedule effectively.
- Be thorough in your estimates and proposals.
- Respond quickly to customers and teammates.
