Job Description
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management of domestic and international banking operations, cash reconciliation, credit card administration, and third-party payment services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely cash management across multiple entities, including U.S., Mexico, and Canada operations. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, multi-entity treasury experience, and familiarity with ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
For US/Canada/Mexico Bank Account Monitoring:
- Download bank reporting and reconcile transactions within the ERP system
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for all companies
- Prepare month-end bank reconciliation reports and bank statements
- Initiate wire transfers as needed
- Process remote deposits as needed
- Monitor Positive Pay and ACH exceptions
Credit Card Management:
· Request and cancel corporate credit cards as needed
· Reconcile both virtual and travel credit card accounts
· Process bi-weekly employee expense reimbursements
Third Party Payment Services:
· Manage Monex Payment platform
· Onboard new suppliers as needed
· Initiate and send wire payments as needed
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform intercompany reconciliation and settlement
- Monitor weekly health insurance invoices
- Prepare monthly credit compliance reports
- Manage fuel reporting and HSA reporting
- Monitor and maintain the UPS account
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related finance role
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems and bank reporting platforms
- Familiarity with Positive Pay, ACH processing, and international wire transfers
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Desired Qualifications:
· Experience with Workday ERP
· Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency banking environments
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
