Residential Plumber Cogar Plumbing is interviewing experienced residential plumbing service technicians.
Requirements:
- Residential Service Plumbing - Minimum 3 years
- Good driving record and valid NC driver’s license.
- Hand tools.
- Technical competency. Complete jobs completely the first time.
- Ability to take direction
- You need good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High integrity
- Professional. Everyone has personal lives, but work time is time for work.
- Customer service oriented. You’re working in someone’s home treat it that way. Clean up after each job.
- Resourceful with a can do attitude.
- Must be able to operate all types of drain machines, ditch witch and backhoe.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
The Job:
We service Winston-Salem / Forsyth County and surrounding areas, Homeowners, property managers, and facility maintenance organizations. Service Techs are On Call on a rotational schedule for one full week at a time. Typical work week is M-F 7:30 am -- 5:00 pm with occasional overtime. Average work hours 35-45 hours per week.
