We're looking for a passionate, dependable bilingual Preschool Teacher to join our team. Pay
Starting at $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support each child's growth and learning.
- Create a positive, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and exploration.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families.
- Communicate regularly with families through the playground app.
- Complete developmental assessments and participate in parent conferences.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean classroom environment.
- Ensure children are supervised, engaged, and cared for throughout the day.
- Model and teach kindness, respect, independence, and positive social skills.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a supportive and successful school community.
Qualifications
- Must be Colorado Early Childhood Teacher Qualified.
- CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively participate in all classroom activities.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour daytime shifts
