The HVAC Service Technician will primarily service residential HVAC systems as part of a small, collaborative team. This role requires a personable and eager individual with foundational HVAC knowledge and some hands-on experience. The technician will be responsible for maintenance, repair tasks, using standard HVAC tools and diagnostic software while performing local travel for customer site visits.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment to resolve issues promptly
- Utilize diagnostic software and mobile work order systems for effective service management
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication during service calls
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Collaborate within a small team to meet service goals and schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HVAC service
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in HVAC system diagnostics
