Welder/ Fabricator-Plasma Table and Press Brake Operator

Our products are built for homes, off-grid living, and backyard gatherings. You will not find assembly lines or robots in our shop. Instead, we rely on skilled craftsmen, hands-on work, and an absolute attention to detail.
We are looking for a "front runner" for our shop—a highly skilled Welder and Fabricator who can step in, operate our key machinery independently, and help us maintain our reputation for elite quality.
What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):
- Safely set up, program, and operate our CNC Plasma Table and Press Brake machine to produce precise components for our wood stoves, fire pits, and custom fabrication projects.
- Perform high-quality, hands-on structural and cosmetic welding (MIG/TIG) on steel and other metals with a high degree of precision.
- Read, interpret, and work directly from blueprints, technical drawings, and custom project layouts.
- Inspect finished workpieces to ensure compliance with our strict quality and craftsmanship standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment, collaborating closely with the shop team to hit production deadlines.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator and Welder in a custom or production shop environment (Preferred).
- Direct, hands-on experience operating a Press Brake machine and Plasma Cutting table is highly preferred.
- Ability to read fabrication blueprints and weld symbols independently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail—someone who takes pride in putting their hands on a product from start to finish.
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Located on-site at our shop in Post Falls, ID.
