Job Title: Weekday General Manager (Coaching Focused)
Position Overview
The Weekday General Manager is a hands-on leadership role centered around coaching, developing athletes, and creating an outstanding experience for every family that walks through our doors. The majority of your time will be spent on the gym floor coaching classes, mentoring staff, and ensuring our programs operate at the highest level.
Pay & Benefits: $24-$26 per hour plus profit sharing. Health and dental insurance. Paid Tim off.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coach and lead weekday classes with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all athletes.
- Build strong relationships with students and their families to foster a welcoming community.
- Oversee and support the weekday coaching staff during daily operations.
- Ensure all classes begin and end on time while maintaining high coaching standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gym environment.
- Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and exceptional customer service.
- Help drive member retention by delivering an outstanding class experience.
- Support gym growth by creating a positive culture that encourages referrals and long-term membership.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coaching and working with children.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate both athletes and coaching staff.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable being active on the gym floor for the majority of each workday.
- Experience coaching youth sports, gymnastics, ninja, parkour, fitness, or a related field is preferred.

This is the most important positions in the gym. The Weekday General Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional coaching, maintaining program quality, strengthening member retention, and building a thriving community. While the position includes leadership responsibilities its primary focus is coaching, supporting staff, and being fully present with our athletes and families—not sitting behind a desk completing administrative tasks.
Availability: Class sessions (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Additional daytime hours available if desired
