Atlantis Pool Company is a trusted and growing pool maintenance company dedicated to providing exceptional pool cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and customer service. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools and spas.
* Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.).
* Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance or repair needs.
* Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs or report major equipment issues.
* Maintain accurate service records and chemical readings.
* Provide friendly, professional customer service.
* Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
* Work efficiently both independently and as part of our team.
* Participate in ongoing training and continue learning industry best practices.
Qualifications
* Previous pool service experience is preferred, but not required.
* We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, is eager to learn, and follows directions well.
* Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather.
* Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
