Role Overview :
Hurix Digital is seeking a experienced Generative AI professionals to support the redevelopment of a professional certificate program. The engagement involves refreshing technical content, updating hands-on coding exercises, reviewing assessments, collaborating on instructional design, and supporting high-quality video-based learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Redevelop existing Generative AI course content to reflect the latest industry practices.
- Update examples, labs, assessments, and demonstrations using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
- Create or refine technical scripts, walkthroughs, and supporting learning materials.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, video production teams, and project stakeholders to deliver engaging, learner-focused content.
- Ensure technical accuracy, production quality, and timely delivery across staggered project milestones.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering or AI/ML experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain/LangGraph, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience developing or reviewing technical learning content for platforms such as Coursera, edX, Udemy, or corporate learning programs.
- Experience with instructional design, technical writing, or video-based training.
- Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Role Overview :
Hurix Digital is seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Agent Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the redevelopment of a Microsoft certification program, "Microsoft AI Agents: From Foundations to Applications."
The SME will collaborate with instructional designers and the production team to review, validate, and enhance technical learning content while ensuring alignment with Microsoft's latest AI technologies and best practices. The role also requires recording technical screencasts demonstrating concepts and practical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review audit reports and recommend technical corrections.
- Review course outlines, scripts, and learning content for technical accuracy.
- Implement instructional design (ID) feedback while maintaining technical integrity.
- Record high-quality technical screencasts demonstrating Microsoft AI Agent concepts, tools, and workflows.
- Update screencasts based on review feedback.
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with instructional designers, learning architects, and production teams.
- Ensure all technical content reflects current Microsoft best practices and technologies.
Required Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry
- Experience building AI agents using Microsoft technologies
- Strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service
- Experience with Prompt Flow and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience developing intelligent agent workflows
- Experience with code-based agent development using frameworks such as: Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure AI SDK, Microsoft Agent Framework
- Experience designing and implementing multi-agent systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or C#
- Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and modern AI development practices
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and AI agent development
- Experience developing enterprise AI applications using Microsoft technologies
- Experience reviewing or creating technical training, learning content, or certification material
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting technical concepts on camera and recording screencasts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Azure AI certifications
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service
- Experience with Microsoft Learn content or technical enablement
- Experience creating video-based technical training
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI governance
AI Usage & Validation Responsibilities
The selected consultant will be expected to:
- Independently review, validate, and approve all technical deliverables using their professional subject matter expertise.
- Use AI or automated research tools only as assistive aids and not as a substitute for independent technical validation.
- Ensure that no deliverable relies solely on unverified AI-generated content.
- Remain fully accountable for the accuracy, completeness, originality, and quality of all submitted work.
- Ensure all deliverables are free from plagiarism, fabricated information, false citations, and intellectual property infringement.
- Accept responsibility for any claims or losses arising from inaccurate outputs, excessive reliance on AI, or intellectual property violations.
