Duties

- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and inquiries to foster community interaction.
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, track analytics, and optimize campaign performance.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to boost visibility and conversions; analyze ad performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, design, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes; incorporate best practices in content creation to improve search engine rankings.
- Maintain consistent branding standards; proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before publication.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed reports on campaign success metrics, website traffic, social media growth, and audience insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong understanding of platform-specific strategies.
