As a Junior Account Manager, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain Frontier's products and services, and recommend solutions that fit their lifestyle. You'll manage customer accounts, assist with plan selections, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives a positive and professional experience.

Junior Account Manager Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by identifying needs and recommending Frontier products and service plans.
- Maintain accurate account records, customer preferences, and plan information.
- Assist customers with account setup, activations, upgrades, and plan changes.
- Review account activity and recommend additional products or services that provide greater value.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify retention opportunities.
- Work with fellow Junior Account Managers to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Junior Account Manager Qualifications

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
