What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily store operations and be Manager-on-Duty when needed
- Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example
- Train, motivate, and support the sales team
- Help create schedules and manage team coverage
- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
- Monitor sales and help achieve store goals
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Keep the store organized, clean, and attractive
