Job Overview
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional DSP to join our team at Telos!
Summary of Job Functions:
- Staff schedule will be 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday
- Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Individuals throughout the day
- Working on ISP specific goals
- Encouraging Individual to participate in activities and/or ISP specific goals
- Assisting with medications daily
- Assisting with Personal Care for all individuals who are in need
- Lifting
- Changing
- Sanitizing personal care room
- Completing daily Progress Notes and Goal Tracking in iTherapy
- Completing any Health and/or Therapy tracking when applicable
- Completing the shift duty checklist daily as assigned
- Attend all Stand up and Stand Down meetings, Therapy Trainings and DDSD state trainings when scheduled
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
