Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license or certification as a School Psychologist (state-specific requirements apply)
- Familiarity with elementary school populations (PreK-5)
- Experience with assessments, interventions, and data-driven decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consulting with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to organize caseloads, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for student support teams
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies and academic/behavioral plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized educational programs
- Deliver crisis intervention, as appropriate
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school atmosphere
