< Lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists.
< Help hire, train, and retain team members
< Oversee daily salon operations< Promote Sharkey's to new customers and potential team members
< Maintain a professional appearance
< Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
< Create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for every guest
< Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
< Comfortably work with kids.
