What you will do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting Construction Manager and Project Managers and with coordination/ documentation, ordering of equipment for projects including day-to-day general office duties as assigned.
How you will do it
· Operations Administrative Support uploading and Maintaining Projects and Contracts via Job Design
· Monitor status of projects Communicate with customers and sale reps as to when material and/or labor is required
· Ensure that required work is performed to meet customer expectations
· Coordinate with supervisor and/or construction manager customer’s labor requirements.
· Order equipment, ensure that project material arrives when needed
· Process change orders, releasing equipment, filing, Certificate of Insurance, Warranty Letters
· Billing of projects; Schedule of Values
· Procurement and verification of project schedules
· Attend work in progress meetings
· Tracking of project RFI’s, change orders and other pertinent documentation
What we look for
Required
· Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
· Knowledge of Knowify or other construction management softwares
· Valid driver's license with a good driving record
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating.
· Must Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
· Positive Attitude a must
· Punctual and Accountable
· Experience dealing with customers
· 3 to 5 years of related experience
· Construction industry experience a must
