This is a Pooled Hiring Posting
You are applying to a hiring pool for Community-Based services. We will match you with appropriate clients, schedules, and locations based on your:
- Availability
- Experience
- Comfort level (behavior support, personal care, etc.)
- Preferences
- Driving distance
This posting covers multiple clients and shifts in the Lee and Harnett County areas.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one support in home and community settings
- Assist with personal care and behavior support depending on client needs
- Support skill-building, household tasks, and daily routines
- Provide transportation to community activities (mileage is reimbursed)
- Maintain safety and accurate documentation

Reliable and compassionate

- Valid driver’s license required

- Ability to pass background checks and required trainings
Schedule Options
- Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
