Brainworks Team is a small Los Angeles tutoring and college prep company focussed on confidence-building learning.
Please note: this is for **in-person** tutoring only. This is not a virtual tutoring opportunity. All tutors are hired as Independent Contractors (1099) and must provide their own transportation. The majority of our clientele is located on the West Side of Los Angeles. Reliable transportation is a must, as these sessions will be in-person.
Looking for dependable, bright, and friendly individuals with a passion for teaching. This is ideal for those with tutoring/teaching experience and looking for supplemental income. Most of our current students are in high school, with some middle school students as well. We are currently requiring our tutors to have experience in test prep (ACT, SAT, HSPT, ISEE, etc.). We are also seeking those with experience in college application coaching, as well as upper level high school math and sciences. The ability to tutor multiple subjects is a major plus.
While the schedule is flexible, please only apply if you are looking to work with students for a minimum of one school year.
