Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain beautiful, spotless homes. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed.
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and supplies.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
- Ensure proper sanitation of surfaces and fixtures to promote a healthy environment.
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients, following safety guidelines.
- Safely lift heavy cleaning supplies or furniture during deep cleans or move-in/move-out services.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while managing time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Strong manual handling skills for heavy lifting and moving furniture or appliances safely.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of floor care including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwoods, and tile maintenance.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.
- Ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or patios as part of cleaning routines.
- Previous hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous for understanding high standards of cleanliness.
