Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Supervisor (must have 2 years' experience in childcare) additionally we are looking for an Aide to join our team. Looking for a high energy, creative team member to work with mulitiple age groups.
Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions
- Follow all licensing regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, childcare, or related field
- Knowledge of infant care, special education, or early childhood development is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First aid and CPR certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with daycare or classroom settings is a plus
