Job Overview
UCD (Universal Church Directories) is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Traveling Photographers. In this role, you will photograph families for church directories and assist them in selecting portrait packages using our proven photography and sales process.
This is a customer-focused, travel-based position where you will work with churches and families in communities across the region. You will have the opportunity to meet new people, capture meaningful moments, and get paid to travel.
No professional photography experience required. Training is provided for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
- Photograph families and individuals for church directory portraits
- Guide families through a professional and enjoyable photography experience
- Assist customers with selecting portrait packages
- Travel to churches and work on location with a team
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Basic math skills required
- Photography experience preferred but not required
- Sales experience preferred but not required
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule with availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation
- $150 – $300 per day
