Inner Purpose, LLC is a privately owned small group practice located in Collingswood, NJ seeking licensed clinicians to provide outpatient counseling for a minimum of 25 hours a week of client billable hours (full-time) and 15 hours (part-time). This is a W-2 position that provides Paid Time Off, medical and dental reimbursement, and opportunities to grow as a clinician.
We are currently hiring for a W-2 position requiring 2 weekend days and 1 weekday evening.

Required qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling or related field
Experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families
Active NJ State License (LPC, LAC, LMFT, MFT, LCSW, LSW)
Current Liability Insurance
Responsibilities
-Providing in-person and remote outpatient counseling to adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families.
-Completing risk assessment/safety plans as needed
-Assess the needs of client's for additional services if another more appropriate referrals are required
-Ensure all paperwork and progress notes are completed in a timely manner
-Attend monthly staff meetings
-Responsible for maintaining up to date CEU's and licensure
