Early Shift: Starting at 8:30AM
Pay Range: $22.25 - $24.72
Essential Functions:
- Stack, wrap, and label pallets of Ice Cream
- Maintain accurate tally sheet for the ice cream that has been stacked
- Install/remove roller rack for production
- Cut and stack cardboard slip sheets
- Wipe black plastic pallet with eco-Wipes and return to Convocan area
- Retrieve, stage, and return inclusions
- Report any damaged inclusions or safety concerns to supervisor
- Empty trash cans
- Sweep floor
- Turn foot foamer on/off
- Make sure there is enough plastic wrap for the production day
- Empty trash from production during washouts
- Remove buckets from production, place in bucket bins, and wrap if necessary
- Operate walking stacker in a safe manner
- Retrieve/return Walking Stacker to charging station
- Change labels, and carbon paper on 3-gallon labeler
- Maintain damaged product report
- Train new hires in the stacking position
- Remove damaged product from the production line
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months related experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work at a brisk pace
- Able to work in extreme temperatures
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well with other employees
- Must be dependable and responsible
- Be able to handle repetitive motions for long periods of time
