The Role
This is a sales-focused position, with administrative responsibilities. Our ideal candidate understands the art of selling—not just ringing up transactions. Experience in luxury goods, sales, or other customer-focused industries is highly valued, though we consider a variety of relevant backgrounds.
What We’re Looking For

- Social media savvy: Willingness to participate in brand-building efforts on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Reliability: A consistent schedule, punctuality, and dependability are essential.
- Professional presence: As a luxury retailer, we expect attire and grooming that reflects our brand and respects our customers. Please come to your interview as you would on your first day.
- Must be able to work our store hours. DMJ is open 5 days a week currently, can see our hours on google, all candidates must have availability for our schedule. We do this to provide the best experience for our customers. Reliability and following a schedule is required. We are not able to entertain multiple call outs or unreliable team members, as this effects our customers directly.
- Jewelry experience with references will be considered first.
