The Speed Collection specializes in buying and selling exceptional enthusiast cars, with a focus on Porsche and other driver-focused brands. Our clients trust us because we know these cars inside and out, represent them honestly, and believe that transparency and expertise are more valuable than a sales pitch. Whether someone is buying their first 911 or adding a rare collector car to their garage, we treat every transaction with the same level of care and integrity.
We're looking for people who take pride in doing great work and care about the details. This isn't the place for someone who just likes looking at expensive cars. Every role on our team plays a part in the experience our clients have, so we value professionalism, accountability, and a genuine appreciation for quality. We believe exceptional cars deserve exceptional people. If you're looking for a place where your work matters and high standards are the rule, not the exception, we'd like to meet you.
Job Summary
The Automotive Sales Advisor is responsible for managing the entire client experience, from the first phone call or online inquiry to the day the keys change hands and beyond. This is not a traditional dealership sales position. You'll work directly with buyers and sellers, build lasting relationships, and help clients make informed decisions without the pressure and gimmicks often associated with traditional dealerships.
This is a role for someone who enjoys talking cars, solving problems, and building trust. Success comes from being responsive, organized, knowledgeable, self-motivated, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience for every client. You'll be expected to take ownership of your work, create opportunities, manage your own pipeline, and become an expert on both our inventory and the enthusiast market.
While previous highline automotive sales experience is valuable, we're equally interested in professionals who have demonstrated exceptional consultative sales ability in other fields, are passionate about enthusiast vehicles, and are excited by the opportunity to help redefine what the dealership experience can be. We're growing a dealership that people actually enjoy doing business with, and we're looking for people who want to be part of that.
