Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Team Lead with experience managing warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy, and lead a team to maintain efficient warehouse workflows in compliance with company standards.
Duties
- Manage and oversee the work of team employees
- Ensure that all warehouse activities are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Monitor teamwork progress
- Work with management team to develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Ensure work team is following WPIL standard policies and procedures, as well as safe and efficient warehouse practices
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities
- Keep communication with supervisors to ensure the safety and accuracy of operations
- Report workplace issues to supervisor to ensure the accomplishment of tasks
- Complete other work-related tasks assigned by supervisors and managers
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
- Proficiency with warehouse management software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or Mandarin

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
