As a member of our machining team, you'll help produce high-quality components used in technical training systems shipped worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating machining equipment to produce precision parts
- Milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and performing bench operations
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Monitoring product quality throughout production
- Troubleshooting defects and making adjustments as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Performing routine machine and equipment maintenance
We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality components.
- Minimum 1 year of machining experience
- Experience with milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench operations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 a.m.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CNC programming experience (required for higher-level machinist positions)
- Advanced machining and setup experience
44-hour work week - Monday to Thursday: 5:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Fridays: 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
