We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our residents in a senior living community.
Resident Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Provide direct support to residents in a respectful and dignified manner
- Engage residents in memory care activities and programs
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks in resident living areas
Resident Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience in home care, senior care, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration practices
- Familiarity with providing care for individuals with dementia or memory care needs
- Ability to assist with meal preparation and dietary requirements
- Understanding of resident rights and dignity in care settings

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
