Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handle a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner pertaining to the customer mortgage escrow account.

Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions

Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service
-
Provide accurate and relevant information to customers about their escrow accounts.

Handle misc. job tasks when there is a day of low call volumes.
Education and Experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent, required
-
Prefer 1 to 2 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing with direct experience in escrow servicing, preferred
-
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Strong organizational skills that include the ability manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines, required

Experience working in a fast paced, team environment, required

Experience working both independently and as a team player, required

Knowledge of PC’s and intermediate / advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, office programs

Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers in a timely manner
