- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Support customers with banking-related services such as deposits, withdrawals, and basic financial inquiries
- Handle cash register operations efficiently, including balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Assist with loan processing or financial services applications when required
- Maintain clean and organized sales areas to ensure an inviting shopping environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and financial software navigation
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain product features
- Ability to perform 10 key typing tasks quickly and accurately for transaction processing
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
