We have an opening for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Two-Fifty Market at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel!
Our Restaurant Manager is a key player in ensuring an outstanding guest experience through training and motivating the team to provide excellent customer service.
Daily activities include tasks such as organizing and leading the team through meal periods; maintaining a visible presence in the dining room and checking in with guests; responding to guest requests and issues in a timely manner; maintaining processes to control cost and build revenue including ordering; scheduling; training and coaching the team, etc.
Qualifications for this position include a demonstrated passion for food and beverage operations; the ability to communicate effectively; experience with point of sales systems; the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; the ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time and to lift/move up to 30 lbs.
Previous Restaurant Management experience in a similar role is required.
