Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in real estate closings
Assist with all aspects of real estate closings to ensure each transaction is completed efficiently, accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Review title reports, prepare settlement statements and check for accuracy of post closing documents
Handle disbursement of funds and recording of documents
Qualifications
A minimum of two years experience as real estate paralegal
Advanced experience with real estate closing software such as Softpro, Protrust and Amicus
Highly organized and detail oriented
