Our top priority at Kango is ensuring the safety and security of children during transportation from point A to point B while also striving to create a positive and fulfilling experience for our valued drivers.
With our driver app, you can select rides according to your preferred schedule, giving you the flexibility to work at your convenience. We also may offer fixed routes that guarantee consistent weekly earnings. You can be paired with one or more students and become their dedicated driver from Monday to Friday. Our services include morning and after-school rides, allowing children to reach their schools safely.
*Competitive pay is between $18 - $50+ per ride

As a Kango Driver, you can earn income on your schedule while helping your community.
Minimum Requirements:
- 23+ years old
- We only accept 4-door vehicles that are between 2016 and 2026 models. All vehicles must pass a car inspection as part of the onboarding process. Please note that we cannot accept vehicles that are older years.
- 3+ years of experience working with children
- Availability during peak morning or afternoon hours (or both!)
- All drivers must be able to go through the background check and fingerprinting process
- Able to finish the onboarding steps within two weeks
Responsibilities:
- Transport children safely and reliably to school, home, or both.
- Ensure child safety at all times during rides.
- Communicate with students, parents, and Kango staff in a friendly and professional manner
*Before accepting a ride, you can view the location and estimated earnings, with a minimum being $18. ($21 between hours of 7am-9am and 2pm -5pm)
*School route drivers receive their payment every week.
