Construction Superintendent, Multifamily Mid Rise
Ground up Residential. Mid Rise/Mid Rise. GC Experience Required
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a single or multiple project for a general contracting business. Luxury Multi-Family High Rise.
Duties will include subcontractor management, scheduling, coordination, site safety and management of the general construction labor force.
Construction Superintendent
All activities associated with the construction of the base building and/or interior improvements plus the miscellaneous capital projects insuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Construction Superintendent: 3 years (Preferred)
- Multifamily construction: 2 years (Preferred)
- General Contractor: 2 years (Preferred)
- Podium: 1 year (Preferred)
