Machine Operators Needed – All Shifts Available!
Lake & Geauga County, OH
Inova Staffing is currently hiring for multiple Machine Operator positions with several manufacturing clients throughout Lake and Geauga Counties. Opportunities are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift and range from entry-level production roles to highly skilled machine operation positions.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $23.00+/hr.
Pay is based on experience, skill level, shift, and position.
We Are Hiring For:
- Production Associates
- Press Operators
- CNC Machine Operators
- Injection Molding Operators
- Extrusion Operators
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience preferred (requirements vary by position)
- Entry-level opportunities available for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
