We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support administrative tasks, assist with basic marketing activities, and help maintain a clean and professional office environment. This entry-level, part-time role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income and gain hands-on office and marketing experience, with a schedule of up to 20 hours per week. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Support basic marketing activities, including social media posts and simple content updates
- Provide assistance to Brokers and team members as needed
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle routine correspondence
- Help with scheduling and calendar coordination when needed
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Perform weekly office cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy, professional workspace (e.g., organizing common areas, light cleaning, trash removal)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
- No prior office experience required; training provided
- Interest in marketing, social media, or business administration is a plus
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn (WordPress experience is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
