We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to help drive the successful execution of roofing projects from sale to completion. This role is critical in coordinating materials, schedules, subcontractors, and communication between sales, project managers, vendors, and crews.
The ideal candidate has experience in roofing or home services production, understands how to work with subcontractors and supply vendors such as ABC Supply, and has strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan, one of the leading CRM and project management platforms in the home services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Schedule Coordination
- Coordinate roofing project schedules and timelines
- Work closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure jobs are ready for installation
- Maintain and update project schedules within ServiceTitan
Material Ordering & Vendor Coordination
- Perform material take-offs for roofing projects
- Order and coordinate materials with vendors such as ABC Supply and other suppliers
- Track deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time for scheduled installations
Subcontractor Coordination
- Schedule and communicate with subcontractor crews
- Ensure crews have the necessary materials, job details, and project timelines
- Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors
Sales & Team Support
- Assist the sales team with post-sale project coordination
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to production
- Provide internal updates on project status and timelines
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate job documentation in ServiceTitan
- Track project progress and report updates to leadership
- Monitor job details and resolve discrepancies when necessary
Customer Communication
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding scheduling or project updates when needed
Qualifications
- Strong experience with ServiceTitan (required)
- Experience coordinating roofing or home service installation projects
- Experience working with subcontractors and supply vendors such as ABC Supply
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
