We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across residential and/or commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems and components.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- EPA certification required (Type I, II, or Universal).
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with commercial refrigeration (walk-in coolers/freezers).
- Strong customer-service mindset.
