Our closed-door Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) with strong clinical and/or specialty medicine experience to join our team on a part-time basis. The PIC will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with all regulations, and provide leadership to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Maintain pharmacy records, policies, and accreditation standards
- Provide clinical guidance and support for specialty medication therapies
- Collaborate with providers, payors, and patients to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
- Current California Pharmacist license (required)
- Clinical or specialty medicine pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Previous experience as PIC or in a pharmacy leadership role preferred
- Strong understanding of specialty medications and patient management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

- Part-time role (flexible schedule, approx. 16 hours/week)
